Copper Springs Lodge

Welcome to Copper Springs Lodge at Copper Mountain Resort, Colorado. The Copper Springs Lodge Condominium Association wants to take this opportunity to Welcome You and provide you with Building and Resort information so your stay at Copper Springs Lodge is an enjoyable, and memorable experience while you will quickly feel right at home.  Copper Springs Lodge is a privately owned building and is not a condo/ hotel affiliated with Copper Mountain Resort.

Information Concerning Your Stay

No Pets! Renters are not allowed to bring pets. Please refer your rental company to the HOA if they have questions.

WiFi:  The Association provides complimentary public WiFi and is available throughout the Building. Each unit also has a private Wifi. Contact your rental company for password informaiton. 

Garage Level: Parking, owner lockers, ski tuning bench, trash and recycling. Please bring your trash to the bins in the garage level.

First Floor:  The Lobby,Elevator, and  Ski Locker Room are located on the ground floor. The Laundry Facility has two washer/dryer units (you can pay by phone).

Skis/Snowboard Storage:  The Secure Ski Locker Room is located on the first floor.  A key for the unit ski locker should be in your rental unit and the locker number is the same as your unit number.  Skis and Snowboards are not allowed in units. 

Bicycle Storage:  The Association provides bike racks in the garage.  Bike owners are responsible for providing a bike lock and registering their bicycles.  Bicycles are not allowed in units. 

Luggage Carts:  The Association provides luggage carts for guest use.  Luggage carts are stored in the garage elevator lobby.  Luggage carts are required to be returned to the garage elevator lobby and not left in hallways, lobby or building exterior, removed from Association property or retained in a unit overnight.

2nd Floor:  The second floor has a gym, pool table, foosball.

3rd Floor:  A second Laundry Facility is located on the third floor. You can pay by phone or with quarters.

Pets:  Guests are not permitted to bring pets unless they are ADA certified service animals. The Association requires all service animals to be on a leash when  transiting common areas.  This includes the lobby, elevator, garages, hallways and stairwells.  Pets are not permitted in the Hot Tub area, ski locker room, public restrooms, sauna or laundry rooms.  Pets must remain on a leash until they are fifteen (15) feet from a Copper Springs Lodge entrance.  Pet owners must clean up after their pets  All pet waste will be disposed of in a pet station waste container. 

Smoking:  Copper Springs Lodge is declared a smoke and drug free building.  Smoking in the Copper Springs Lodge Lobby, restrooms, ski locker room, hot tub facility, laundry facility, hallways, garages, stairwells, front lobby and west stairwell exterior landings and within 15 feet of the front of the building is strictly prohibited.  Violators will be subject to a fine. Consumption of marijuana is  prohibited on Copper Springs Lodge Property.  Violators will be reported to Copper Mountain Security.

Video Surveillance:  Security Cameras are located throughout the Building and provide 24/7 surveillance.

Exterior:  The back yard has a patio with picnic table. A shower facility is provided to rinse off prior to entering the Hot Tub. The Hot Tub Facility is under 24/7 video surveillance.  The CDC recommends that children under the age of 5 do not use hot tubs.

Issues in Unit:  Call the Management Company or Owner you rented the unit from for issues with housekeeping, additional towels or trouble with the TV, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave Oven or Dishwasher.

Emergency Issues in Unit:  Call the Rental Manager or building management (Axiom) for backed-up toilets, lack of heat, water leaks & electrical issues.  Costs for unit issues (e.g. leaky plumbing fixtures) will be billed to the owner.  The HOA is responsible for maintenance of common elements (e.g. heating system).

Common Area Issues:  Call the Building Manager (Axiom) for problems in the Lobby, Hot Tub Facility, Laundry Facility & Gas Grill.

Trash:  Dispose of unit trash in the trash bin room in the garage level.

Recycle:  A recycling bin is located in the garage.  Recyclables should be placed in a paper bag or directly into the bin.  Do not use plastic bags for recyclables.  Please recycle paper, cardboard, tin and aluminum cans. Do not recycle glass or plastics.

Center Village:  Approximately a fifteen minute walk to American Eagle and American Flyer Ski Lifts, Restaurants and Shopping, or take the Copper Route bus.

Parking at Copper Springs Lodge:  To park on Copper Springs Lodge property, Guests must register in the Copper Springs Lodge Parking System by using the QR Code on the refrigerator in the unit the Guest is staying in while at Copper Springs Lodge.  Instructions for registration are located throughout Copper Springs Lodge and a paper copy is provided in the Lobby.  Vehicles not registered in Copper Springs Lodge's Parking System is subject to being booted or towed at the discretion of the Building Manager.  Parking Passes from Rental Management Companies are not valid and if used by the Guest without registering in the Copper Springs Lodge Parking System will risk being booted or towed.  Due to limited ceiling height and restricted size in the garages, vehicles over 7' 2", including roof racks, and extended cab, four door cab and tandem axle Pickup Trucks are not permited to park in the garage.  These vehicles will need to be parked in exterior parking spaces.  Violators will be subject to being booted or towed at the discretion of the Building Manager.  No exceptions.  Any damage caused to the Garage Doors, ceiling framing/tiles, electrical/signal cables, plumbing or overhead lights by vehicles violating the 7' 2" height limit will be the sole financial responsibility of the vehicle owner or rental vehicle operator. 
   
Copper Coach: For Owners only. Request rides on their website ahead of your desired pickup time for free pickup at Copper Springs Lodge and transportation throughout Copper Mountain Resort.  Copper Coach operates from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM during Winter Season and 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM during Summer Season.  The website and access code are available on Condo Control.

Public Bus Stops:

• A cross the street in front of the build is East Village Bus Stop and catch a Resort Shuttle Bus to the to the Center and East Village Lift areas.
• You can walk to the Bus Stop on the east side of the building (out the front door to the left) and catch the the free Summit Stage to Frisco, Silverthorne, Breckenridge, Dillon, Keystone and A-Basin.  Visit the Summit Stage website or download their free APP.
